Late this evening (6 October) a 54 year-old male was arrested after grooming one of our decoys from the CSE Interceptors, a person who he thought was a child for sex.
He arrived in the car park and asked for the child to get into his car where he was going to have with them. But instead he was confronted by officers from Harlow CID and taken into custody.
