A 50 year old male from Chigwell, Essex has been arrested this evening October 27 after grooming who he thought was a young child for sex.
The male arrived in Loughton High Road and waited for the child to arrive but was stopped by officers from Essex Police and taken into custody.
The male spent a period of time grooming the decoy before arranging to meet them at the Pizza outlet on the High Road, where he was going to take him home to have sex.
The male a 50 year old EFDC Epping Forest District Council licensed taxi driver was quickly taken into custody for questioning.

The male has now been released under investigation, while the police continue their investigation.
