35 year old Haverhill man arrested six months after investigation. There were unreasonable delays and this individual was still able to attend scout events, due to how it was handled by the Scout association.
Our investigation had been going on for around six months and it took a further six months before the male was arrested. A warrant was obtained and he was arrested at his house in Haverhill.
He was communicating with one of our decoys and expressed interest extreme sexual interest in boys.
He has now been suspended from the Scouts and has been released under investigation.
