Louis Trezise from Cambridge has been charged and after attending magistrates court the case has been transferred to Hatfield Crown Court.
Trezise who was communicating with one of our decoys in May this year and arranged to have sex with the child in the back of his mini-cab has been charged.
He is due to attend Hatfield Crown Court on the 27th October to enter his plea.
