Stephen Youens has his first plea hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court today November 8.
Youens who was arrested last month at his home address in Fiveacres in Harlow after arranging to meet a child for sex will be at his first plea hearing.
He was arrested and remanded to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court last month after being charged for arranging to meet a child for sex after on-line grooming.
After his house was searched and his electronic devices were seized Police later found he had a haul indecent images of children and he was also charged for voyeurism.
He was then arrested for the second time and had was taken to Chelmsford Magistrates again before the second case also being transferred to the Crown Court as it was too serious for them to deal with.
We will report on what happens later at the court and hopefully he will do the right thing and plead guilty.
